Hello NRL Players, and Welcome to my Live Report from KANSAS SPEEDWAY - The Best Race Track Experience in America!!! On October 3rd, 2010 was NASCAR CHASE RACE #3 of #10 to determine the 2010 NASCAR CHAMPION. #11 Denny Hamlin started the day as the Points Leader and after the Race it is #48 Jimmie Johnson the New Points Leader. Hamlin is now 2nd, and #29 KEVIN HARVICK is 3rd in Points - only 30 points behind. It was an AWESOME WEEKEND at KANSAS SPEEDWAY that started on Friday with the Vs seeing Delana Harvick (wife of #29 Kevin Harvick) and Krissie Newman (pregnant wife of #39 Ryan Newman) at the Books A Million bookstore at THE LEGENDS shopping area by the track. Both Delana and Krissie have been featured in Nascar articles before. It was on to Qualifying Day at Kansas Speedway and #9 Kasey Kahne won the pole. On Saturday Joey Lagano won a thrilling battle in the Nationwide Race. #18 Kyle Busch had to fight with the question do I wreck my teammate for the win or settle for 2nd place. He ended up finishing 3rd. Kevin Harvick had a great race too. On Sunday it was a fun filled day with Boost Motocross with the most thrilling stunt X-Games riders you'll ever see, followed by a 38 Special Concert, Trackpass to get up close to the Action and the Race Cars, and then the Awesome Chase Race!!! Let me describe Kansas Speedway by 1 Word = AWESOME!!!! I hope you all get to attend a race here - the experience is the best I've ever had in NASCAR. I can't wait for 2011 NRL Season to get here, and KANSAS SPEEWAY getting 2 NASCAR Races means it will be involved with the NRL Season finally!!! ENJOY the rest of the 2010 NASCAR CHASE!! - ADV

It started with 31 Racers at Race #20 . .

and ended up with the Final 5 Racers in the All Star Champ Race at Race #25 . .

#39 Ryan Newman, #18 Kyle Busch, #1 Jamie Mcmurray, #9 Kasey Kahne, and #00 David Reutimann - the Final 5 . .

9-5-2010 . . Race #25 . . Race #5 of the All Star Series - the All Star Champ Race from Atlanta . .

Who would be 2010 NRL ALL STAR CHAMP??

The Race started with #39 in the lead with #18, #9, and #1 not too far behind . .

After the 1st Pit Stops it was #9 in the lead followed by #39, #00, and #1 . . #18 had a Pit Penalty and was now a Lap down . .

At the Halfway point with #18 back on the Lead Lap it was #9 leading over #1 and #18 . . #39 had some problems but hoped to make it up just like the #18 had done . .

With only 100 Laps To Go out of 325 it was #9 still in the lead with #1 and #18 not far behind . . #39 was gaining positions getting back into the All Star Race . .

With 50 Laps To Go it was #18 barely in the lead over #9, while #39 was hard charging . . #1 and #99 were on the Lead Lap but farther back . .

With 30 Laps To Go it was #9 in the lead and also winning the overall Race as well . . #18 and #39 were trying to stay competitive . . a CAUTION bunched the field back up . .

On a Restart with 24 Laps to Go #39 wrecked #9 and this ended the chances of #9 winning . .

With only 10 Laps To Go #39 was in the lead (4th place overall in the Race) over #18 (6th place overall in the Race) . . #1 and #00 were having their own battle on back on the Lead Lap . . #9 was out of the race getting repairs . .

With around 5 Laps To Go #39 was still in the lead and having a Classic Shootout with #31 Jeff Burton (not in the All Star Race) and #18 . . Several laps behind #9 was back on the track . .

With 3 Laps To Go and #39 still in the lead over #18 while having a Classic Shootout with #31 and #18 the #9 of Kasey Kahne BUMPED #39 from behind as both #31 and #18 passed the #39 due to this bump by #9 . .

With less than 2 Laps To Go #18 was able to hold on to his slim lead over the bumped out of the way by #9 Kasey Kahne #39 Ryan Newman and WIN the 2010 NRL ALL STAR RACE!!

In the battle of CHEVY vs FORD vs DODGE vs TOYOTA it was a CHEVY who took home the 2010 WORLD TITLE with a big THANKS to the #39 CHEVY of RYAN NEWMAN! CONGRATS CHEVY & #39!

HOW #39 RYAN NEWMAN SHOCKED THE WORLD AND WON 2010 NRL TOURNY!

#39 RYAN NEWMAN:

* ROUND #1 = #39 Defeated #11 DENNY HAMLIN 3 Games to 2. #11 scored 2 quick easy wins and it appeared #39 would get swept. In Game #3 the #39 of Ryan Newman was having serious problems, but #11 Hamlin ended up having problems as well as #39 won by 1 narrow point in a miracle due to late race cautions. This unreal win would put into motion a 9 Game Win Streak by the #39. Newman finished 17th and 16th in Games #4 and #5, and somehow that was enough to narrowly get by #11 Denny Hamlin. #39 Ryan Newman is the only NRL Racer in history to not finish in the Top 15 for all 5 Races and ADVANCE.

* ROUND #2 = #39 Defeated #17 MATT KENSETH 3 Games to 0. On paper it said #17 should SWEEP #39, but just the opposite happen. #39 Ryan Newman got HOT while #17 Matt Kenseth went COLD. #39 even took 1st Place in a Race during this time, and advanced to the Final Four by SWEEPING #17. #39 was now on a 6 Game Winning Streak.

* ROUND #3 = #39 Defeated #48 JIMMIE JOHNSON 3 Games to 0. WOW!! #39 SHOCKS THE WORLD by SWEEPING and ELIMINATING the CURRENT 4 TIME NASCAR CHAMPION #48 JIMMIE JOHNSON. This Series is the Greatest Series in the History of the NRL. #24 took a quick 2 Games to 0 lead, and looked to eliminate #18 in one of the next 2 races but it didn't happen. #18 came to life and out performed #24 to force a Do or Die Final Race. The Final Game in this series was the Greatest Game in NRL History. #18 dominated the first half of the race, and #24 dominated the second half of the race. It looked like #24 was going to defeat #18 easy, but two late race cautions put #18 back in the mix with #24. With only 5 Laps to go is was #24 in First, and #18 in Second with a Restart. With both on the Front Row on the Restart #18 battled #24 hard til he took the lead, won the Race, won the Game against #24 to eliminate him and advance to the Final 4. It was a HOLLYWOOD MOVIE FINISH, and is a NRL RECORD for the HIGHEST SCORING GAME in NRL HISTORY with a PERFECT MATCHUP SCORE of 97 POINTS. #18 Scored 1st Place / 49 Points and #24 Scored 2nd Place / 48 Points. This made #18 4-0 when facing Elimination.
* ROUND #3 = #18 Defeated #16 GREG BIFFLE 3 Games to 0.
#18 DOMINATED this Series over #16 as #18 scored 7th, 1st, and 3rd in the 3 races to score the easy SWEEP.

#39 RYAN NEWMAN:
* ROUND #1 = #39 Defeated #11 DENNY HAMLIN 3 Games to 2.
#11 scored 2 quick easy wins and it appeared #39 would get swept. In Game #3 the #39 of Ryan Newman was having serious problems, but #11 Hamlin ended up having problems as well as #39 won by 1 narrow point in a miracle due to late race cautions. This unreal win would put into motion a 9 Game Win Streak by the #39. Newman finished 17th and 16th in Games #4 and #5, and somehow that was enough to narrowly get by #11 Denny Hamlin. #39 Ryan Newman is the only NRL Racer in history to not finish in the Top 15 for all 5 Races and ADVANCE.
* ROUND #2 = #39 Defeated #17 MATT KENSETH 3 Games to 0.
On paper it said #17 should SWEEP #39, but just the opposite happen. #39 Ryan Newman got HOT while #17 Matt Kenseth went COLD. #39 even took 1st Place in a Race during this time, and advanced to the Final Four by SWEEPING #17. #39 was now on a 6 Game Winning Streak.
