It started with 31 Racers at Race #20 . .

and ended up with the Final 5 Racers in the All Star Champ Race at Race #25 . .

#39 Ryan Newman, #18 Kyle Busch, #1 Jamie Mcmurray, #9 Kasey Kahne, and #00 David Reutimann - the Final 5 . .

9-5-2010 . . Race #25 . . Race #5 of the All Star Series - the All Star Champ Race from Atlanta . .

Who would be 2010 NRL ALL STAR CHAMP??

The Race started with #39 in the lead with #18, #9, and #1 not too far behind . .

After the 1st Pit Stops it was #9 in the lead followed by #39, #00, and #1 . . #18 had a Pit Penalty and was now a Lap down . .

At the Halfway point with #18 back on the Lead Lap it was #9 leading over #1 and #18 . . #39 had some problems but hoped to make it up just like the #18 had done . .

With only 100 Laps To Go out of 325 it was #9 still in the lead with #1 and #18 not far behind . . #39 was gaining positions getting back into the All Star Race . .

With 50 Laps To Go it was #18 barely in the lead over #9, while #39 was hard charging . . #1 and #99 were on the Lead Lap but farther back . .

With 30 Laps To Go it was #9 in the lead and also winning the overall Race as well . . #18 and #39 were trying to stay competitive . . a CAUTION bunched the field back up . .

On a Restart with 24 Laps to Go #39 wrecked #9 and this ended the chances of #9 winning . .

With only 10 Laps To Go #39 was in the lead (4th place overall in the Race) over #18 (6th place overall in the Race) . . #1 and #00 were having their own battle on back on the Lead Lap . . #9 was out of the race getting repairs . .

With around 5 Laps To Go #39 was still in the lead and having a Classic Shootout with #31 Jeff Burton (not in the All Star Race) and #18 . . Several laps behind #9 was back on the track . .

With 3 Laps To Go and #39 still in the lead over #18 while having a Classic Shootout with #31 and #18 the #9 of Kasey Kahne BUMPED #39 from behind as both #31 and #18 passed the #39 due to this bump by #9 . .

With less than 2 Laps To Go #18 was able to hold on to his slim lead over the bumped out of the way by #9 Kasey Kahne #39 Ryan Newman and WIN the 2010 NRL ALL STAR RACE!!

2010 NRL ALL STAR CHAMP - #18 KYLE BUSCH (5th Overall)
2nd PLACE - #39 Ryan Newman (8th Overall)
3rd PLACE - #1 Jamie McMurray (15th Overall)
4th PLACE - #00 David Reutimann (16th Overall)
5th PLACE - #9 Kasey Kahne (32nd Overall)

In the 3 Year History of the NRL it was the GREATEST ALL STAR CHAMP RACE in the HISTORY of the NRL!! #18 Kyle Busch, #39 Ryan Newman, and #9 Kasey Kahne provided a THRILLING, EXCITING back and forth lead changes galore CLASSIC that will be talked about for years!!! With only 25 Laps To Go it looked like #9 was going to be the easy winner only to have a Caution come out and then #39 wrecked the #9 on the Restart . . Then with the Laps counting down and #39 looking like the winner he gets bumped out of the way by #9 as #18 goes by for the ALL STAR VICTORY!!!
